You are a finish carpenter, builder, and craftsman or craftswoman with a strong, consistent drive to create with excellence and attention to detail. You prefer to use your hands surrounded by tools and sawdust rather than sitting in front of a computer or behind a steering wheel all day. You actively seek ways to hone your skills and make heirloom-quality, high-end furniture. You work well within a small, collaborative, yet self-reliant team, and take pride in your work. 

  • Have at least 3 years experience in a related field of work.

  • Fabricate and install high end furniture, cabinetry, and millwork using traditional and modern methods of joinery.

  • Proficient and safe use of jointers, tablesaws, miter saws, planers, sanders, finishing tools, hand tools, and many other pertinent woodworking tools

  • Produce Hardwood furniture from rough, kiln-dried stock using shop made jigs, traditional hand tools, and modern power tools.

  • Read and modify blueprints, create cut lists, and track project performance.

  • Take inventory of stock, maintain machinery and keep a tidy workspace.

  • Must be in good physical shape and able to consistently lift and carry 100 lbs or more.
